CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Small, upright, evergreen tree or large shrub. Oval, leathery, glossy green leaves. Tiny white flowers appear in axillary clusters in spring, with some sporadic bloom through the summer into Autumn. They have a powerful apricot fragrance. Occurs naturally in the Himalayas, China and Japan. In China, flowers are sometimes added to teas. Pefers a sheltered warm site, avoid frost.
